{"id":43,"date":"2012-05-09T02:00:45","date_gmt":"2012-05-09T06:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/intothenetworks.femmetech.org\/?p=43"},"modified":"2012-05-10T01:49:21","modified_gmt":"2012-05-10T05:49:21","slug":"teaching-ourselves-each-other","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intothenetworks.femmetech.org\/?p=43","title":{"rendered":"Teaching Ourselves &#038; Each Other: Blogging &#038; Sharing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Theory<\/strong>: Making space for folks to engage in self-teaching is empowering others to teach themselves<\/p>\n<p><strong>An opportunity to honor agreements about process and <strong>collaboration<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With the Femme Conference, when we agreed on using google-docs as part of our process, that meant we would use the file-sharing and form-making capacities<\/li>\n<li>Some people kept sending docs as links not &#8220;sharing&#8221; &#8211;&gt; sent gentle reminders twice over a few months to \u201cShare\u201d so we can all access<\/li>\n<li>Some people sent me g-docs with their forms in them\u00a0&#8211;&gt; sent a gentle reminder to make forms in gmail and \u201cshare\u201d it with me and the Collective gmail account.<\/li>\n<li>Are these details kind of trivial? NO! In the interest of accessibility, I created a google doc how-to and shared it.
